Decorfood Italy is the brainchild of award-winning international chef and cookbook author Fabio Tacchella, RAI Gourmet Consultant, a member of the Italian Cook Federation since 1974, awarded Best Chef of the Year in 2000 by the Academy of Italian Cuisine and winner of four Culinary Olympic Medals. Decorfoods products are designed to meet a variety of different culinary needs, with a focus on creating gourmet experiences that combine great flavour with visual appeal. Muddle Me’s collection includes a selection of intricate food molds, a high-quality portable smoker and a wireless cooking sensor.
