Smoky, the express smoker, allows to smoke all types of food products in a lot of different ways and quantity desired, to personalize and to aromatize smoke, at pleasure.
It helps to get quickly all types of food products in the desired quantity, starting from very small servings to very big ones. Smoking may be done just before waiting or "at present" taking by surprise all the table-companions.
It is possible to aromatize, at pleasure, marinade loin of pork, some whole of "ricotta", large size salmons, maybe at the same time, so thus optimizing time and cost.
Smoky® works with cold smoke.
Cold smoke guarantees better results compared to warm smoke, thanks to its non-ascending property, allowing a full wrapping of the food. Moreover, cold smoking avoids bacterial development and food cooking.
