The Junior is the youngest member of the Pacojet product family, expanding our product line with an entry-level model that exclusively performs the single, most-important function: pacotizing micro-pureeing fresh, deep-frozen food preparations under pressure. The Pacojet Junior cannot be used to process non-frozen foods (i.e. working with the Coupe Set).
