Probat Coffee Sample Roaster
Even at first glance there is a clear resemblance between the PROBAT SAMPLE ROASTER and the shop roasters of the iconic P series. However, the latter not only share their good looks with this miniature drum roaster, as it also features the same state-of-the-art technological components.
The SAMPLE ROASTER is equipped with thermocouples as standard to document the product and exhaust air temperatures. Its basic configuration also includes a fully automatic control solution.
With a batch capacity of 200 g and the possibility to safely transfer recipes, the SAMPLE ROASTER is not only suitable for grading green coffee qualities, but in particular for the development of recipes and the creation of blends.
CONSISTENTLY HIGH COFFEE QUALITY:
Thermocouples for recording machine- and process-related data enable optimum control over the roasting process for constant and reproducible roasting results.
The simultaneous roasting and cooling process shortens cycle times. The optimized thermal insulation ensures particular energy efficiency.
The extended batch size range allows maximum flexibility in the aroma development of different coffee types.
The SAMPLE ROASTER is equipped with the same pioneering control solution as the roasting machines of the P series. To run this web-based software, no requirements other than a network connection have to be met.
The SAMPLE ROASTER is fitted with thermocouples to document product and exhaust air temperature as standard. These data, along with the roasting time, are shown on the LCD of the roaster. Thus the current status of the roasting process can be monitored. If connected to a third device, several roasters can be controlled via one interface. The dashboard is customizable, for example in terms of parameters to be displayed, language and color, with the possibility to arrange all data individually on the screen.
The pioneering control system enables safe and automatic reproduction of all stored user-defined settings via recipe management. Events, such as first or second crack, can be added either during or after the roasting process.
