Achieve impossible emulsions and textures with no ventilation and obtain bubble-free juices without the need to overuse your vacuum machine. Mix cold measures of gluconolactat, alginate, goma xantana, jelly, oils and stabilizers, etc. Not recommended for using with fiber fruit purees or aired products. Texturize up to one liter of product with little effort. Vortex is not able to generate the vacuum by itself, but it can be done with any vacuum packer that allows external vacuum or packers with a bell that has a height where the Vortex mixing glass can be fitted (height: 20 cm). Not to be used by persons with pacemakers or hearing aids.
