Mini individual bowl with double thermal camera, it is ideal for the presentation of ice creams and sorbets made with LN2 in front of the customer, molecular mixology, or original presentations for caterings or events with dry ice or liquid nitrogen. Its design has been planned to facilitate its inside cleaning because its internal part is often used as a vessel to contain dry ice, flavours, or hot consommé, creating original presentations where the sight and smell play an important role in the dish.
