Wine & Champagne Preservation systems combine the best of both worlds, with a single unit incorporating two pressure nozzles; one for removing vacuum from Wine and one for adding CO2 to Champagne. For Wine, precision vacuum removes controlled levels of oxygen, allowing Wine to delicately evolve while preventing further oxidation. With Champagne and Sparkling Wine, carefully calibrated CO2 is used to pressurize the bottle, trapping the natural fizz in the bubbly.
