All our manual coffee grinders use burrs made of ceramic. The ceramic burrs do not transfer heat and shave the coffee bean versus cracking the bean like blade grinders. This process provides a more consistent grind that can easily be adjusted and set for repeat use.

The Hario DOME mill grinder is a great hand grinder because it lets you to grind coarser or finer. The adjustable burrs are also ceramic wich also ensures longevity and consistency. It has a 40g hopper capacity for 1 to 4 cups of coffee.
