This model of immersion circulator is compact but full of features. The polycarbonate chassis, resistant to the daily
demands of work in a busy kitchen. All components are protected by the chassis, preventing bags fromcoming into direct contact with the elements.

water bath up to 40 lt. For Noon Force, as the power is 2250W, the thermal bath water is up to 60lt.
5 Adaptable to any gastronomic container with a minimum depth of 15 cm. If needed, it also adapts to pots and pans of larger size.
6 Thanks to the double output of the circulation pump you can add an adapter and silicone connector to one of the jets ensuring the thermal stability of the entire content of the water bath.
7 Its two fans prevent build-up of moisture inside the components taking care of all the electronic elements.
8 New water electron probe level detector prevents damage to the device during cooking, automatically stopping the device if there is excessive evaporation.
9 Noon is compatible with external thermometer probe calibration. Check the accuracy of your cooking at any time and in any working condition.
