Preserve freshness. Lock in flavor. Excalibur Dehydrators get it right.

• Convenient: Dried fruits and fruit leathers are wonderful to have on hand as snack foods. Quickly add flavour and nutrition to soups, stews or casseroles by adding dried vegetables Dehydrated foods are quick and easy to prepare. For instance, dried fruits can be eaten as snacks right out of the package, and dehydrated meals can be rehydrated with water to create a quick and easy meal.
• Preserved rations: Campers and hikers value dried foods for their light weight, shelf stable qualities and ease of preparation. Just add water for a delicious meal on the go.
• Extended product shelf life: When foods are sufficiently dehydrated, microorganisms cannot grow and foods will not spoil. No need to refrigerate or freeze.
• Delicious & Healthy: Dehydration concentrates natural flavor, sweetness, and aroma. Fruits explode with mouth-watering, “natural candy” flavor that is far healthier than high-fat snacks and high-sugar sweets that are often filled with chemical preservatives.
• Cost effective/ Waste-reducing: Save money by buying foods in bulk when they are in season and drying them for later use. Dehydrated food shrinks which does not require much shelf space and doesn’t need electricity to store, like frozen food does. Reduce food waste by also dehydrating leftovers.
