Mini Nitro Teppan is the smaller nitrogen griddle in the market. A fast griddle to make nitrogen works in the customer’s table or works in cocktails bars. With just 300 ml. capacity, it allows to reach temperatures of -100 °C in just a couple of minutes. Due to the fact of working at this very low temperature, the product does not stick to the griddle, allowing you to work all kinds of liquids, foams, mousses, pastries, etc. It is safe to work just in front of your customer and it is totally insulating. High production efficiency with very low consumption of nitrogen.
