Food grade Platinum silicone mold for making edible 2 mm thick molecule-shaped lace tiles. Varied and customizable shapes, designed for use in pastry, cooking, and cocktail making.

Its elongated design and the flexibility of the silicone (40SH) allow easy demolding of extremely fragile pieces. Use it to make crunchies, snacks, garnishes, and sweet and savory baked decorations, as well as sugar doilies or fun details with colored ice.
