Bags for cooking in water or steam up to 248°F + 24h. Microwave safe and freezing safe above -40°C/-104°F. Each pouch is marked with “COOKING 120ºC/248°F”, allowing to distinguish it easily from storage bags. Storage bags decompose with time. when exposed to high temperatures. They can resist about 2h in 41°C to 70°C and only 15 minutes in 71°C (160°F) to 100°C (212°F). Not only is this insufficient for cooking or pasteurizing, but also results in contaminating food with chemical compounds and toxic elements.

On the contrary, Vac-andcook bags resist cooking in water or steam. up to 120°C / 248°F for more than 24 hours, perfect for cooking in low temperatures. Each plastic component is BPA free and its quality is guaranteed by Technical Certification of each production series.

Our Vac-andcook bags are available in 3 different sizes and 2 types of packaging: small hygienic boxes, which protect the bags, while you are not using them, and large economy boxes, thought for large scale use.
